Job Description

  • Ensure operational excellence on the alignment and customer order with technical team and the delivery plan upon notification and according to stock availability
  • Ensure operational alignment and customer order with the supplier and delivery plan according to the target plan
  • Receive pre-arrival notification (PAN) form Logistics team and accordingly arrange with warehouse team and technical team for shipment inventory & destination.
  • Supervise the classification and confirmation of the identification of arrived shipment with packing list in order with “warehousing team”  and accordingly the “procurement team” will start in addition of items to ALFA financial system.
  • Work with the team, Coordinate and support operations manager on installed base and regular update on newly systems.
  • Work with the team, Coordinate and support the collection & identification of parts return to suppliers.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory for tools, record and deliver to FEs upon request.
  • Provide regular reports of customer orders completion, issues, missing items, site delivery specified needs and coordinate between technical-operational team
  • Prepare and follow up the completion of delivery documents, provide certified accurate clear of Delivery and customer certified delivery document according to the government regulations (If Customer is public), Share with Equipment/ Commercial/ Finance team.
    Arrange internal shipment with “warehouse team” to site.
  • Work with the team and communicate required internal transfers to Procurement Team with any required internal transfer between warehouses

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluently speak, read and write English and Arabic.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills and have an ability to maintain a good working relationship with clients.
  • Ability to multi-task and operate effectively in stressful situations.
