Job Title: OTN&IPRAN technical engineer

Job Description:

1. Commissioning, debugging, cutover, and acceptance of IPRAN network products.

2. Transfers skills to technical engineers of representative offices and outsourcing personnel

3. Provides technical support and troubleshooting for maintenance during the engineering period.

4. Handles the front-line escalated faults of IPRAN network products.

5. Escalates the faults that cannot be handled by the second line of the IPRAN network to the third line of technical support.

6. Inspects IPRAN network products.

7. Provides optimization suggestions or solutions in accordance with IPRAN problems.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent in electronic engineering, computer science, telecom engineering or a relevant area.

2. Working experience in Telecom /IT company will be an advantage

3. Fluent in English (Writing and talking)

4. Good knowledge & experience in Telecom Company 5.Self-motivated, good communication skills with the customers.

6.Overtime work is required sometime

1. Be initiative, positive, independent and efficient.

2. Be able to well communicate and team-working with both internal or external parties.
