Wazen Oil Services announces the availability of a new position in the company ‘Procurement engineer’.
Tasks
- Manage and generate All procurement-related reports, log sheets, etc.
- Coordinate with both the project process and planning department to keep them updated with procurement status.
- Manage Procurement process QMS and its records
- ASL management
- Researching for new suppliers
- Negotiating prices with suppliers
- Reviewing tenders
- Preparing reports
- Reporting to Senior Manager
- Responsible for handling enquiries and obtaining quotes within the given time, and completing the procurement process which includes purchase orders.
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
- Liaising with suppliers and other staff.
- Carrying out specific projects and research.
- Being involved in decision-making processes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Intermediate level in the English Language
Skills
Knowledge of ERP system
Ability to complete tasks and projects within deadline
