Job Description
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for onboarding new users to the software (arkam.ly), making sure they are happy with the solution, and managing at least one team member.
Tasks type
- Communicate the vision and values of the company within the environment.
- Communicate with new users and ensure they understand, and utilise the software in their organization.
- Communicate with current users and ensure they are happy and fully engaged with the software in their organisation.
- Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current App’s, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data.
- Recruit and develop a team of salespeople.
- Plan and engage employee involvement.
- Take part in presentations when needed.
- Propose realistic budget, targets, timelines, and deadlines well ahead for each month and perform variance analysis for month ends.
- Write a blog content (once a month)
- Testing the software constantly.
- Prepare and send accurate reports to top management and keep them informed weekly.
- Plan and participate in business and public events.

Collaborative skills: As a product marketing manager you will have to collaborate with multiple customers, bookkeepers and accountants.
Communication skills: The ability to speak and write to a high standard is crucial. You will frequently have to present features to organisations, engaging by telling the ‘story’ of the system, for various marketing channels.
Research skills: The ability to find information and tools is a crucial part of being a product marketing manager. Gaining insight into customer needs and experiences. Analysis of data, launch surveys and customer interviews will be part of this mix and the candidate needs to be well acquainted with these techniques.
Public relation: a successful candidate must already have an excellent public relation with individuals and businesses.
Teac Savvy: Candidates must have a solid experience in online applications to deliver work efficiently.
Qualifications
An undergraduate degree is usually preferable. Marketing, or business studies would be the most beneficial.
