Program Manager
Democracy International (DI) is seeking to hire a Program Manager for the Libya Engagement with Voters for Equitable Representation (EVER). The Program Manager will manage day-to-day activities and the overall implementation of the EVER Activity. The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating the activities in the field and supporting the Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) with the technical content. This will be a full-time role based in Tripoli, Libya and the role is only open to Libyan citizens.
Libya EVER supports Libya’s democratic transition by enhancing the effectiveness of key Libyan institutions and empowering diverse Libyan actors to foster an inclusive democratic culture. DI will promote locally led solutions through co-creation with the High National Election Commission (HNEC), civil society, and USAID, thereby contributing to a more sustainable, unified, and democratic Libya that inclusively represents its citizens.
