Job Requirement:

Engineering Degree/Diploma: Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or Civil Eng.

Education Level: Engineering Degree or higher.

Languages: fluent in English.

Over 8 years of experience in engineering and construction activities .

Design, construction and start-up of upstream
-
Hands on experience with project scheduling and cost estimate soft wares.
-
General knowledge on site studies and surveys to support project activities.
-
Knowledge on industry applicable codes and standards.
-
General knowledge on oil, water and gas handling facilities and processes from wells to custody transferring, including gathering systems, hydrocarbon handling and processing, storage, transport, operations and maintenance.

Knowledge on HSE, quality, petroleum business, project management and information management.
Job Responsibility:
-
Define strategies for planning and executing the project plan.
-
Supervise engineering activities in each development phase, ensuring compliance with the milestones contractually established in the schedule giving attention to any deviations.

Prepare project master plan, detailed Engineering and Construction implementation plan and control their execution.

Ensure the application of engineering, construction and HSE standards, specifications and regulations during the design phase, guaranteeing the use of good practices and the application of lessons learned from previous projects.

Coordinate between technical personnel with the aim of providing necessary technical support to Purchasing and Contracts during the bidding process.

Coordinate the activities between Engineering and Construction, supervising and managing the reception of documentation, equipment and materials at site, to ensure compliance with the established planning and schedule.

Give assistance during pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and performance guarantee tests.

Lead and coordinate between discipline engineers involved in the project design or construction.

Participate in the technical evaluation of new investment projects, developing the concept, technical specifications and initial cost estimations for the required facilities.

Review scope and analyze alternatives for project implementation.
-
Guarantee that the technical documentation associated with assigned projects is up-to-date and appropriately integrated into IT and document control system.

Supervise the Management of Change process.

Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, MAH, Risk Analyses and Incidents Investigations.
