JOB TITLE: PMO Administrator
Work LOCATION: Libya ( Local travel to various worksites is required ).
Report to: Head of PMO
Department: PMO
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sets up and manages support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication.
- Act as assistant to the Head of PMO
- Produces consolidated reporting to the Project Management Office, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, summary of costs incurred.
- Establishes standards, tools and procedures for use on various projects.
- Manages the support and provision of project tools and equipment.
- Assists with the production of user and project documentation and templates
- Load resources correctly on the associated cost centers on daily bases (data entry).
- Prepare project reports tracking operation of projects
- Respond to department queries on billing, metrics, reporting, and department data requirements
- Maintain project status. Use project status tracking tools
- Audit closed projects, make use of findings, give recommendations to new projects
- Support project administrative and HR tasks
- Arrange and lead internal meetings; safety, technical, etc. meetings
- In House logistics full care and reporting of main issues.
- Manage and follow up journey management according to PMO policies and standards
Skills:
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records.
- Sufficient knowledge of computers and office applications; especially MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint
- Good command of English (spoken and written), Arabic is a must.
- Able to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Efficient in time management.
