Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide a friendly, professional, and effective first point of contact for all students, parents, staff, professionals, and visitors who call or visit the laboratory.
• Ensure that all marketing materials are available and up-to-date to promote the brand including brochures, advertisements, reports, etc.
• Providing appropriate guidance to visitors and introducing the nature and objectives of the place.
• Registering students and making sure that the subscription fees are received for students wishing to join the laboratory.

• Transferring the lists of the names of the new students to the supervisors to be included in the educational program.
• Submit monthly and weekly reports to the direct manager that include information related to the laboratory in general in terms of financial and coordination aspects and other required information.
• Other related administrative duties.
• Maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and incoming calls.
• Tracking (leads)

Job skills and requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
•  Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•  Good communication skills with different personalities.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong customer service skills.
