Job Description:

• Participation in development of new products.
• Research into identifying materials or solution requirements.
• Conducting market research and evaluating similar products and their functions.
• Document all phases of research and development.
• Explore new scientific technologies and approaches, and determine their applicability, while keeping abreast of competitive products and technology advances.
• Collaborating with the engineering and marketing department on product feasibility.
• Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce costs.
• Overseeing the engineering of product prototypes.
• Testing prototype products for functionality, ease-of-use, and longevity.
• Resolving product issues.
• Overseeing the production process.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or relevant field.
• Proven experience in a relevant role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Great problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of best practices in innovation, portfolio management, and customer centric approach to product development.
• Creative thinking and ability to drive performance and user experience requirements.
• Demonstrated research record and experience in developing new consumables products.
