Job title: Sales Engineer

Job type: Full-Time

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales account manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, developing positive relationships with clients, and generating new business using existing and potential customer networks. Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in sales account management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
