Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **female Sales and Marketing Associate** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing both financial and technical proposals, managing customer communication, and following up on sales leads. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and be fluent in English. This role is crucial in supporting the company’s sales and marketing efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and professional follow-ups.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Proposal Development:
– Prepare detailed **financial proposals** outlining costs, pricing, and payment terms for clients.
– Create and customize **technical proposals** to meet client requirements, ensuring alignment with company services and products.
– Ensure all proposals are accurate, professionally formatted, and delivered within deadlines.

– **Customer Communication:**
– **Send emails** to clients to share proposals, respond to inquiries, and provide product or service information.
– **Contact customers** via phone, email, or other communication platforms to address their needs and inquiries.
– Maintain a **professional tone** and consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.

– **Follow-Up and Lead Management:**
– **Follow up with leads and clients** regularly to ensure timely decision-making and foster positive relationships.
– Collaborate with the sales team to **develop strategies** for lead conversion and improving customer experience.

– **Marketing Support:**
– Assist the marketing team with **content creation** (e.g., presentations, flyers) to support sales pitches and promotional campaigns.
– Provide feedback and **market insights** to help tailor marketing efforts and sales strategies.

– **Document Preparation:**
– Create and edit professional documents using **Microsoft Word**, ensuring all client-facing materials are polished and error-free.
– Design impactful PowerPoint presentations for meetings, pitches, and internal reviews.

– Reporting and Analytics:
– Track and report on key sales and marketing metrics such as customer follow-ups, proposal success rates, and lead conversion.
– Assist in preparing regular updates on sales performance for internal review.

 

 Qualifications:

– Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is essential.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Experience in preparing financial and technical proposals is highly desirable.
