The overall goal of the job:

experienced sales engineer to help sell products and services. The sales engineer’s responsibilities include maintaining extensive knowledge of the products and their functions and assisting in the completion of sales where technical expertise is required to suit customer needs.

To gain in-depth knowledge of our company’s products and services and you must be able to relate this knowledge in a way that is understandable to customers and you must have excellent sales and customer service skills.

Sales Engineer Responsibilities:

Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain the company’s products or services to customers.

Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.

Follow up after initial contact, secure and renew orders, view and discuss pricing details, complete sales, and arrange deliveries.

Solicit and record customer feedback and evaluate data to create new sales and marketing strategies for target customers.

Identify areas for improvement and communicate these issues as well as possible solutions to senior management.

Setting and achieving sales targets.
