Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  3. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  5. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  7. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  8. Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  9. Determine price schedules and discount rates.
  10. Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
  11. Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
  12. Advise distributors and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
  13. Hold with potential customers regarding their needs and advise customers about the types of medicines to purchase.
  14. Assess marketing potential of new and existing store locations, considering statistics and expenditures.

Job Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in business administration or a related field
  • Experience: 3 years in sales field

Knowledge:

  • Sales and Marketing:Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Customer and Personal Service:Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • English Language:Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
  • Administration and Management:Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Education and Training:Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.

Skills:

  • Persuasion: Persuading others to change their minds or behavior.
  • Active Listening:Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
  • Speaking:Talking to others to convey information effectively.
  • Coordination:Adjusting actions in relation to others’ actions.
  • Critical Thinking:Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Negotiation: Bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences.

Abilities:

  • Fluency of Ideas: The ability to come up with a number of ideas about a topic (the number of ideas is important, not their quality, correctness, or creativity).
  • Written Expression: The ability to communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.
