Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
- Determine price schedules and discount rates.
- Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
- Advise distributors and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
- Hold with potential customers regarding their needs and advise customers about the types of medicines to purchase.
- Assess marketing potential of new and existing store locations, considering statistics and expenditures.
Job Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in business administration or a related field
- Experience: 3 years in sales field
Knowledge:
- Sales and Marketing:Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Customer and Personal Service:Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- English Language:Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Administration and Management:Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Education and Training:Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
