Job requirements :
- full time position only .
- Strictly Male candidate only .
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and adapt to working 6 days a week.
- physically fit .
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance – business administration required.
- 3-5 years or more of related experience required .
- Proficient in MS suite or similar soft wares ERP .
- adequate supervisory skills ,written and verbal communication skills .
- Reports directly to the chief accountant .
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Daily validation of vouchers – journals , invoices ,receipts , payments
- Fixed assets monitoring and maintenance of fixed asset schedules .
- Reconciliation of real accounts in the balance sheets .
- Assist in inventory management.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic financial statements and corporate annual report.
- Assist in ensuring that financial report comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards .
- Assists external auditors and provides required statements and information for the and information for the annual audit .
- Coordinates the preparation of the monthly payroll taxes and social security fund remittances .
- Performs other related or ad hoc duties as assigned .
