Senior Accountant

Job requirements :

•   full time position only .
• Strictly Male candidate only .
•  Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and adapt to working 6 days a week.
•  physically fit .
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance – business administration required.
• 3-5 years or more of related experience required .
• Proficient in MS suite or similar soft wares ERP .
• adequate supervisory skills ,written and verbal communication skills .
• Reports directly to the chief accountant .

Duties / Responsibilities : 

• Daily validation of vouchers – journals , invoices ,receipts , payments
• Fixed assets monitoring and maintenance of fixed asset schedules .
• Reconciliation of real accounts in the balance sheets .
• Assist in inventory management.
• Assist in the preparation of periodic financial statements and corporate annual report.
• Assist in ensuring that financial report comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards .
• Assists external auditors and provides required statements and information for the and information for the annual audit .
• Coordinates the preparation of the monthly payroll taxes and social security fund remittances .
• Performs other related or ad hoc duties as assigned .
