OBJECTIVES OF JOB
The senior maintenance Supervisor is responsible for onsite supervision of all projects, plant modifications and maintenance activities in the existing facilities to ensure the activities are executed as per the work scope and in adherence to the HSE standards. For the preparation of the daily activities, he maintains close contact with the contractor and/or maintenance staff involved in all maintenance activities. Support maintenance SPT with scope of works.
After completion of works the senior maintenance Supervisor has to ensure that all relevant documentation (e.g. P&ID, PFD, E&I drawings, etc) will be updated. In the preparation phase of new projects, the senior maintenance Supervisor will provide input to the work scope and planning of the activity and prepare material requisitions. |
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Supervise all kinds of maintenance and construction activities in concessions A-91 and A-107.
– Ensure activities are completed as per the agreed work scope and required modifications are identified in a timely manner, control changes in work scope closely with regards to additional cost and effects. – Ensure construction activities conform to relevant international standards i.e. ASME, API. – Liaise with onsite Third-Party Inspection TPI and corrosion Eng. Department for co-ordination of NDT / Inspection requirements – Ensure activities are conducted and completed in accordance to the companies HSE policies. – Maintain daily activity logs for projects and issue a close out statement after completion – Prepare scope of work and task planning. – Ensure site GMS Maintenance Management System is updated on completion of construction / maintenance activities. – Work Permits as required for each activity as per the Permit to Work system. – Monitor that all activities are executed in adherence to the operational procedures. – Actively promote a safe work environment and good standards of housekeeping – Review activities on a continuous basis and identify possibilities for improvement and application of new technologies. – Maintain good communications with all relevant departments and contractors. |
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
– 12 years of related experience in oil and gas fields; field experience
– 3 years of experience in supervising maintenance and construction teams – Work experience in live plants and hazardous areas – Good communication skills to work with multinational work force – MS Office knowledge, maintenance planning software – Good knowledge of international standards; ASME and API |
