Job Description
1. Familiar with the Libya enterprise market, have some understanding of the Oil & Gas, finance, government, and education industries, and have successful experience in establishing direct customer relationships with industry customers and operating projects.
2. Familiar with local channel partners and have successful experience in leading channel partners to operate industry projects. Know how to manage channel partners and incentive channels.
3. Have unique insights into digitalization of the Libya industry and strong market insights. Explore sales opportunities from the perspectives of customers and industry development.
4. Sales result-oriented: Achieve sales targets quarterly, semi-annually, and annually. Develop annual business plans for the responsible industry and customers and implement the plans in a closed-loop manner.
5. Be responsible for customer relationship satisfaction and customer order, revenue, and collection indicators. Organize various meetings with customers irregularly and have good public speaking capabilities.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area, Good written and spoken English, age: 35-42.
2. More than 10+ years ICT(Network, IT field) successful sale experience in vertical industry.
3.Target company: sales from these four vendors TOP 10 partner`s senior sales, or ICT manager from Libya TOP oil and gas company
4. Have strong communication skills and interpersonal understanding. Adjusting pressure, toughness, and positive optimism is necessary.
