Service & Maintenance Manager

S., based on long time experience and powered by its worldwide partners in engineering, manufacturing, procurement, installation, and maintenance, has strengthened its services in the sectors of oil and gas, refinery and petrochemical plants, marine, water, and power for our local market. Started in 90`s and being active over 20 years now in the same field we have gained experience and acceptance by clients.

RIDA T.S. is active in various fields we can proudly say that we have developed our company and the engineers over the years being the experts in the field of ultrasonic flow meters and complete metering packages for general metering and even more for custody applications in the oil and gas field.

Job Duties:

1. Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
2. Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of maintenance staff.
3. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
4. Handles discipline of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
5. Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
6. Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.
7. Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
8. Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
9. Performs other related duties as assigned.
10. Coordinate and support maintenance personnel to achieve completion of workload along with scheduling daily tasks and work orders.
11. Maintain requests for parts, part replacements and inventory.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
2. 5-8 years of Service and Maintenance and related experience.
3. Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
4. Excellent analytical skills.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
6. Written and verbal communication Skills.
7. Capacity to manage high stress situations.
8. Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
9. Leadership Skills.
