Social workers

We are hiring social workers for full time positions to work with our company.

Job Description:

• Lead groups of children through specific programs aimed at developing their critical thinking and character traits
• Facilitate intervention programs for small groups of children who have specific needs
• Teaching children metacognitive and resilience skills
• Supporting teachers with trauma informed care for students who need extra support

You will receive extensive training as part of this role. Training will be given in trauma informed care practices, basic principles of child development, metacognition for children, student wellbeing and character-based education. You will also be trained in how to deliver the specific programs that you will then facilitate.

Requirements: High fluency in English, excellent communication skills, personal social and emotional competence, commitment to professional growth, flexible mindset, experience working with children is preferred.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in one of the following fields: Psychology, Education, Occupational Therapy, English, English Literature, Social Work.

Conditions and salary will be reviewed at the interview.
