Our Great Opportunity

We are now looking for an experienced Core Network Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for our Ericsson offices in Libya. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Scope, define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
• Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
• Work with the account and project team on a list of potential activities and solutions
• Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations at the executive level
• Support deployment of the solution
• Provide feedback to R&D
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
• Stay abreast of new technology/technical areas and share information about the solution to enable customer competence build

To be successful in the role you must have

• University Degree and at least seven (7) years of pertinent experience with three (3) years of related service delivery experience and 3 years of Leadership experience
• Very good knowledge of Core Network, Packet Switch/Circuit Switch, Cloud and NFVI
• Experience from technical job roles is required, e.g. experience from work as an Integration Engineer or Technical Coordinator
• A Solution Architect candidate is assessed according to the following tracks: Technical Domain, E2E, Network Optimization/Network Design, Fiber Network Design and Site Energy Design
• Strong technical knowledge and background in Ericsson’s Digital Services portfolio
• Collaborative, team-player and able to work across geographies and cultures
• Able to lead major cultural and operational transformation
• Strong consultative skills and customer C-Level engagement
• Passion for innovation, technology and simplification
• Passion for customer business, service orientation
• Financial acumen, excellent analytical skills, attention to details
• Technology architectural design skills
• Proficiency with the English and Arabic language
