JOB TITLE : Sr Recruitment Analyst (Local Staff Only)

REPORTS TO: Head of Recruitment Section
LOCATION : Tripoli
WORK MODE : 08:00 – 15:30 (5 days)
OBJECTIVES OF JOB
The purpose of this job is to support the Recruitment Section with the daily Tripoli & Field related recruitment tasks and process.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receives applications for vacancies and maintains a database of suitable applicants.
Arrange interviews with applicants and coordinate with relevant departments.
Arrange and Coordinate for pre-employment medical checkups.
Adhere the company policies and procedures and ensure that candidates files are complete in accordance with the requirements of the company’s policies.
Update and maintain the HR recruitment records.
Support line supervisor with the daily recruitment process.
PLUS – ANY OTHER APPROPRIATE DUTIES.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent
At least 5 years of related experience
To have knowledge of Libyan labor law
Assertive and well-organized individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English
Strong computer skills in particular Excel and Word
Results oriented individual who values teamwork and taking initiative
