JOB TITLE Sr Recruitment Analyst (Local Staff Only) JOB GRADE 5

REPORTS TO: Head of Recruitment Section
LOCATION Tripoli WORK MODE 08:00 – 15:30 (5 days)
OBJECTIVES OF JOB
The purpose of this job is to support the Recruitment Section with the daily Tripoli & Field related recruitment tasks and process.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receives applications for vacancies and maintains a database of suitable applicants.
- Arrange interviews with applicants and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Arrange and Coordinate for pre-employment medical checkups.
- Adhere the company policies and procedures and ensure that candidates files are complete in accordance with the requirements of the company’s policies.
- Update and maintain the HR recruitment records.
- Support line supervisor with the daily recruitment process.
PLUS – ANY OTHER APPROPRIATE DUTIES.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 5 years of related experience
- To have knowledge of Libyan labor law
- Assertive and well-organized individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English
- Strong computer skills in particular Excel and Word
- Results oriented individual who values teamwork and taking initiative
