We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Steel Structure Erection Project Manager to

join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and overseeing

the construction of steel structures, from planning and scheduling to execution and successful

completion. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are

completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, and manage the erection of steel structures from start to finish.

2. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure all project milestones are met.

3. Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth

execution of the project.

4. Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project.

5. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.

6. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on the construction site.

7. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, to provide updates on project

status and address any concerns.

8. Manage and lead a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support as

needed.

9. Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, budget, and timeline.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing steel structure erection projects.

2. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

3. Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.

4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

5. Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.

6. Proficiency in drawing reading.

7.Fluent in English
