ROLE: STORE MANAGER
LOCATION: Store
REPORTING LINE: BRAND MANAGER
REPORTEES: STORE TEAM
ROLE OBJECTIVE: EFFICIENT STORES MANAGEMENT TO ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS AND MAINTAIN STORE IMAGE AND DEVELOP STORE STAFF.
AREA OF RESPOSIBILITY:
- COMMERCIAL:
– DRIVE SALES TO ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS BY EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT TO SALES TEAM AND APPLYING SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNICS.- DAILY REPLENISHMENT FROM IN STORE STOCK ROOM AND FROM W.H WHEN NEEDED.- DIVISION / CATEGORY PERFORMANCE FEEDBACK TO IMPROVE SPACE MANAGEMENT BY DIVISION / CATEGORY
– COMPETITORS FEEDBACK - INVENTORY CONTROL:
– APPLYING COMPANY PROCESSES FOR STOCK RECEIVING AND TRANSFERS.
– EFFICIENT AND ACCURATE MANAGEMENT FOR STOCK TRANSFER IN & OUT AND BOTH GDN’S AND GRN’S ACCURACY.- THEFT CONTROL TO RECUDE SHRINKAGE AND ACHIEVE SHRINKAGE TARGETS (ENSURE ALL STOCK IS BEING ALARMED AT ALL TIMES AND ALARM ANTENAS ARE ALWAYS WORKING + CCTV)- SUPERVISE THE STORING PROCESS OF ALARMS TAGS IN THE STORE AND THE W.H AND ENSURE ACURACY OF THOSE INVENTORY LIST IN COORDINATION WITH BRAND MANAGER / ROS- MAINTAIN MANUAL INVENTORY FOR THE STORE- STOCK TAKE FOR STORE EVERY 3 MONTHS - STORES RETAIL OPERATIONS:- VM & MARKETING (WITH THE SUPPORT OF VM TEAM)
• PREPARE BYWEEKLY VM PRESENTATION FOR EACH STORE AND SHARE WITH BM/ROS. - HR
• APPLY HR POLICIES AND PROSEDURES AND ENSURE COMPANY POLICIES ARE BEING IMPLEMENTED.
• STAFF CONTINUOUS TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE - – – STORES ADMIN MAINATINING PREPER AND ACCURATE FILING SYSTEM IN THE STORES AND STORE BACKOFFICE INCLUDING: (HARDCOPIES OR SOFT COPIES WHATEVER IS APPLICABLE)• STORE MONTHLY TARGET SHEET
• STORE UPDATED DSR
• DAILY MANAGER CHECKLIST
• OPS STORE VISIT REPORTS
• VM STORE VISIT REPORTS
• HEAD OFFICE MEMOS
• FINANCIAL REQUIRED REPORTS
• UPTODATE WEEKLY STAFF SCHEDULES
• UPTODATE STAFF ATTENDANCE SHEETS
• UPTODATE PETTY CASH REPORTS
• ALL FEEBACK REPORTS
• UPTODATE STORE INVENTORY MANUAL RECORD - REPORTING
• DAILY UPDATE FOR DSR REPORT WITH FULL INFORMATION WITH ACCURATE NUMBERS AND FIXED FREQUENCY.
• WEEKLY / MONTHLY SALES ANALYSIS FEEDBACK
• WEEKLY PRODUCT FEEDBACK
• WEEKLY DIVISION / CATEGORY PERFORMANCE FEEDBACK
• WEEKLY COMPETITORS FEEDBACK - FINANCE:- APPLYING FINANCE DEPARTMENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR THE STORES AT ALL TIMES FOR ALL ASPECTS INCLUDING:• STORES OPENING AND CLOSING AND RELATED DAILY FINANCIAL REPORTS.
• EFFICIENT AND ACCURATE MANAGEMENT FOR DAILY CASH COLLECTION.
• PETTY CASH MANAGEMENT AND COST CONTROL.- IMMEDIATE REPORTING TO BM/ROS OF ANY THEFT INCIDENT OR VARIENCE IN CASH.
