He is responsible for leading and guidance of the team during communication towers and the implementation of the operational process according to the schedule determined by the client

Job Requirements

Degree : diploma in communication engineering or equivalent it

Advanced level, Huawei, ZTE, Ericsson equipment

Good knowledge of communication technologies, especially in installation

The ability to lead a technicians team

Ensure the equipment before work in installing

Installing, operating,  and removing communications cables and equipment

Work at high altitudes, on a range of communication structures including poles and towers for mounting antennas, feeders and ancillary equipment

Feeder operation, grounding, marking, feeder and optical fiber cable testing

Creating solutions to solve problems facing teams during the work

Complete accurate documentation of equipment on towers and survey reports

Responsibilities

Has proven and relevant experience working as a team leader

Has an excellent communication skills, including reading, speaking and writing English

Have teamwork skills

Excellent technical knowledge and work experience is required

The ability to analyze problems and find solutions to faults

Compliance with applicable health and safety laws and policies

 commitment to the tasks assigned to them, and respect for the work regulations in force in  the company and accuracy in the deadlines and official working hours

He is willing to carry out work tasks when needed, outside of work and holidays

The ability to withstand work pressures
