Job description:

We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.

As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Installation of cable containment (Cable tray, trunking etc.)
• Installation of RF and MW antennas (Hight, azimuth, tilt…)
• Installation and termination of RF cable, RJ cable and coax cable
• installation, termination and testing of optical fiber
• RF cable testing with Anritsu Site Master (Training provided)
• Installation of RF devises (RRU, TMA…)
• Working at height – green field, rooftop according to security norm
• Know how to use ISDP Huawei program
• Good knowledge of EHS & quality rules
• Organization and direction of each 3–5 men in a team
• Time management of team
• Checking, understanding and communicating rules of work to team
• Briefing team members on updates
• Monitoring working practices of team
• Monitoring quality of workmanship of team
• Ensuring that the test scope is understood
• Complete all test documentation as required by customer
• Daily progress reports to project manager
• Issue reporting to his manager
• Collection of required data for hand over pack documentation
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Set clear team goals according to customer targets
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines
• Motivate team members
• Discover training needs and provide coaching
• Suggest and organize team building activities

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Decision-making skills
• Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
• Capable of working in locations throughout the Libya
• Flexible on working hours (days, late shifts, nights and weekends)
• Have at least 3 years work experience in telecom field
• Have a good English communication skills
