Telecommunication Technician

Job Brief 

we are looking for a talented, dedicated hard working telecommunication technician to perform all tasks related to installation and maintenance of client’s telecommunication systems.

Roles and Responsibilities 

1. Study customer orders and specifications to properly plan network installations.
2. Order and gather equipment, materials, tools, and supplies.
3. Install the necessary telecommunications networks.
4. Verify service is properly working by testing circuits, alarms, and equipment.
5. Document network by properly routing and labeling both equipment and cables
6. Follow codes, legal regulations, and standards to maintain a safe work environment
7. Stay up-to-date on technical knowledge through continued education, workshops, journals and talking with peers
8. Collaborate with others in the telecommunications department to give customers the best service

Qualification & Education Requirments 

High national diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills 

Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Basic Telecommunication Knowledge

Previous experience is preferred

The ability to travel within the country
