Job Description
- Work closely with Retail sales team to understand client’s needs
- Work on planning & developing Trade Marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness in the retail channel and to achieve consumer’s top choice.
- Participate in the design of the promotional materials and maintain contact with accounts in order to supervise all promotional activities
- Make sure that all trade marketing elements are implemented on time and in line with internal processes and guidelines
- Ensure proper execution of marketing and promotional plans in cooperation with all stakeholders (Main Principle Company, Sales Team & Alfa Sales Heads
- Work closely with retailers and assist in product launches/distribution.
- Coordinate on production for POSM (Point of Sale Material)
- Collect market data through sales team to compile and share with all stakeholders
- Brief the sales team and merchandisers on marketing and trade activities; follow up on their execution, evaluate the results and gain market feedback for improvement
- Coordinate and plan Roadshows, Consumer engagement
Job Requirements
- 2-5 Years of Trade Marketing experience within OTC/FMCG or Retail
- A Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business/ Marketing or a relevant field.
- Number sensitive and strong numerical skills
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- 6Self-motivated, independent, strong business sense with excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Good commend in written and spoken English & Arabic.
- Ability to train, guide and lead a team.
