Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in English Language, Public Relations, Law, Business, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)& google docs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in study abroad services and global mobility

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on visa & Studyabroad requirements, policies, and legal procedures
• Dealing with language institutes in different countries
• Assist clients with visa applications, document preparation, and submission
• Directing students to destinations that suit them
• Communicate with government agencies, embassies, and consulates
• Maintain accurate records and update client files
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Dealing with different universities and meeting students’ desires
• Working closely with the marketing department to achieve the desired goals, whether in study or visa
• And also respond to various inquiries by phones or WhatsApp
• Continuous follow-up with students and customers
