Job Description

  • Responsibilities for operational activities in the camp under his supervision, ensuring the daily good management of the location.
  • Carry out daily , weekly and monthly duties as laid out by the company rules.
  • Fill and keep record of administrative form in accordance with the company rules.
  • Supervise and take part to the training of staff, according to the rules of HSE, food Hygiene and Safety, HACCP. Etc.
  • Responsible for request made to warehouse. Stocking and stock checking in addition to cost control reporting according to the rules set by the company.
  • Inventory and record of sales of mini market or bonded stores.
  • POB duly signed by the client.
  • Fill the local staff time sheet and attendance.
  • Supervise for the preparation of all meals and ensure the menus established are being adhered to.
  • Ensure that all food and merchandise are in conformity with the company standards.
  • Ensure that all staff, local and Expatriates wear PPE , clean uniform at all times and that food handler staff wear disposable hand gloves and hats at all times. Not only during service.
  • Ensure that housekeeping of the accommodation should be carried out in the line with reviewed standards, every day and whenever required.
  • Ensure that the laundry schedule is carried out accordingly, instructing the local staff on how to use the various cleaning products and regularly on daily basis , draw to their attention the safety procedure during use.
  • Carry out regular inspection of the accommodation, common areas, dining area, stores (dry and cold rooms in order to ensure that the cleaning and maintenance work have been carried out in accordance with the company and client rules.
  • It is compulsory to be always present on the food line during the meal service as this is an essential element of your duty.

Job Requirements

  • Should have at least Minimum if 3 – 5 years’ experience.
  • Qualified Applicants will have a High School Diploma.
  • Must be excellent in  reading, oral and written communication, and performing   simple arithmetic
  • Ability to speak Arabic and English is an attribute.
  • Experience in management and supervision of others;
  • Ability to take a strong leadership role
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Experience in working as part of a strong team.
  • Strong positive attitude.
  • Ability to address problems quickly and effectively.
  • Basic computer skills including spread sheets, word processing and email
