Medical Sales Supervisor

Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
2. Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules
3. Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
4. Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives
5. Receive and report on all sales leads
6. Supervise sales representatives and assistants
7. Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
8. Work with sales team when closing sales
9. Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics/KPIs
10. Meet all sales quotas and goals
11. Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred
2. Demonstrated and proven sales results
3. Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
4. Focused on customer service
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Persuasive and goal-oriented
7. In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
8. Excellent customer care and focus
9. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
