Job Description
The Sales administration coordinator provides effective and responsive administrative services to support the Alfa Healthcare equipment organization in day-to-day operations and activities.
Key responsibilities :-
- Proactively support 1) the sales team by independently handling all assigned administrative duties and taking direction from and balancing the needs of multiple staff members 2) including booking and managing their calendar and appointments day by day
- Arrange Team – customer visits in a weekly plan and follow up with weekly activity report.
- Follow up customer feedback and comments.
- Type, send, and receive Customer and Supplier Faxes and emails both in Arabic and English
- Responsible for accurate and timely archiving of all correspondence with customers and suppliers
- Providing administrative support to clients through effectively maintaining and coordinating calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, making travel arrangements, telephone coverage (if needed), filing, processing and reconciling T&L expense accounts, handling various purchases and making invoice arrangements.
- Events organization: Schedule, plan and organize all logistical details for in-house and off-site meetings, training and events.
- Team training and travel arrangements .
- Provide general office administrative services.
- In some functions, but not all:

- Assist with job candidate interview scheduling
- Enter temporary support requests into generating system.
- Run reports in excel, keep reports of customers in private and public sector
- Run reports of team visits and activities up to date.
- Input and update data into databases
- Provide tactical support (answering questions on central sites and on various internal processes and e-tools).
- Help keep organization charts up to date as directed
- Maintain filing and records management systems and other office flow procedures which may be confidential
- Create statistics, send out customer brochures or correspondence, or document leads.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent MS skills are essential
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Fluency in English & Arabic
- Team spirit
